1. Color matching:

The audit of color matching sample is the means and basis for formulating and correcting the dye dosage, and whether to continue proofing. All samples must be audited correctly and reasonably;

① Samples should be examined under reasonable light source.

② The dried cloth sample should be cooled and re examined after natural moisture regain, because the wet cloth contains a certain amount of moisture, which will cause light refraction error. In addition, some dyes are easy to change color when overheated.

③ Do not stare too long in the sunlight, otherwise it will cause errors due to eyesight fatigue.

2. Formulation of process formula:

After color matching and sample checking, it is considered that the color and light of the sample meet or basically meet the color and lustre requirements of the pattern, then it is necessary to follow the car to set out, refer to the dye dosage of the sample, and combine with the actual situation of large-scale production (bath ratio, printing and dyeing equipment, etc.) to correct the process formula, which requires color matching and sample proofing workers to constantly explore and summarize the relationship and law between the sample and the actual large-scale production.
