Causes of color difference of dyeing equipment

1. The feeding speed is different. For example, one-time addition, short time, insufficient dye promotion and color blooming are the main reasons.

2. The color of the side with more material is deep, and the side with less material is light.

3. The holding time is different. The result is not the same as that of the dark cloth for 30min.

4. The color difference caused by different methods of sample cutting and color matching requires the same method of sample cutting and color matching, such as: sample cutting and color matching after 20 minutes of heat preservation, and the same degree of washing after sample cutting.

5. Different bath ratio results in color difference. The color of small bath is darker than that of large bath.

6. The degree of post-treatment is different. After treatment, the removal of floating color is sufficient, and the color is lighter than that of insufficient after treatment.

7. There is temperature difference between the two sides and the middle, resulting in strip difference.

Feeding and color chasing:

1) Light color condition:

A. First of all, check the original process prescription, and weigh the dye according to the degree of color difference and fabric weight.

B. The dye must be fully dissolved, diluted and filtered before use.

2) Color depth:

A. Strengthen soaping and sufficient post-treatment.
