The causes of color blooming and color difference caused by dyeing machine dyeing and adding color are as follows:

A. Feeding speed is different. If the dosage of promoting dyeing is small, whether it is added in several times will have an effect. For example, if the dosage is added at one time, the time is short, and the promotion of dyeing is not enough, resulting in colored flowers.

B. Feed both sides, rub uneven, resulting in strip difference, such as one side more dark, less side light.

C. Holding time

D. The color difference is caused by different color cutting methods. Requirements: the same method to cut sample and color.

For example: after 20 heat preservation, cut the sample to color, and the degree of washing after cutting is not the same.

E. Different bath ratio results in color difference. Small bath ratio: color depth; large bath ratio: light color

F. The degree of post-treatment is different. After treatment is sufficient, floating color removal is sufficient, and the color is lighter than that of insufficient post-treatment.

G. There is a temperature difference between the two sides and the middle, resulting in strip difference;

Add color slowly, at least 20 minutes quantitative injection, sensitive color in 30-40 minutes.
