When the dyeing temperature is below 85 ℃, the dye can be heated directly. 85 ℃ - 110 ℃ is the temperature region where the dyeing speed increases rapidly, and the heating speed should be strictly controlled below 1.5/min. The heating rate should be controlled at 2 ℃ / min. The heat preservation time here is for the color of medium depth, the light color can be appropriately shortened, and the dark color can be appropriately extended. Holding time should be appropriate, too short will produce ring dyeing phenomenon, too long is easy to produce wool. Generally, it should be controlled within 30-60min.

After dyeing, the temperature should be lowered quickly, because oligomer will be produced in the slow cooling process, and the surface of residual line is tar like, which is difficult to remove.
