The quality of dyestuff should be tested before the dyestuff is put into production. The particle size distribution of dye was observed and the fineness of dye particles was determined. When testing, the prepared 3% dye solution can be fully stirred and 0.4ml can be absorbed. Continuously drop in the small hole of glass plate (use two pieces of glass plate, the middle of the upper one is drilled with d = 1 mm small hole, and a piece of filter paper is sandwiched between the two glass plates), then take 0.2 ml distilled water continuously drop into the small hole every 5 minutes (a total of 5 times, a total of 1.0 ml distilled water), wait for it to spread around until the infiltration circle is stable, take out the filter paper, air dry, observe its diffusion performance, and grade it. Grade 4-5 is regarded as qualified (i.e. uniform colored infiltrating circle is formed, and the middle spot is not obvious). It is also advisable to dip a small drop of glycerin into a glass rod and drop it on the carrier plate, then coat the glycerin with another carrier plate to form a thin layer, and then stir the prepared dye solution with a concentration of 0.5g/l and suck 0.1ml with a blood pipette, Immediately drop it on the slide coated with glycerin thin layer, cover the slide, put it on the microscope platform 1000 times, and observe for a moment. Within a field of vision, the number of dye particles with diameter of 2 μ m and more than 2 μ m is less than 5, and the larger diameter is 3 ~ 5 μ M.
